The invention provides a memory partition protection method for a Sparc V8 multi-core processor in an AMP mode, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the whole memory space of the processor, distributing memory areas for each processor core, enabling the memory areas not to be overlapped with each other, setting that each processor core corresponds to a page table, and enabling the processor cores to be matched with the page table; effective space distribution which can be accessed by each processor core in the processor may be the same and may also be different, the processor is abnormal due to accidental jump or forced access to an address of an inaccessible space, and an exception handling mechanism of the processor captures and handles the exception. According to the method, the influence of unlicensed access on normal data is avoided, and under the condition that one processor core works abnormally due to an error of one page table, other processor cores can continue to work by using respectiv
