A radar system, apparatus, architecture, and method are provided having a transmitter that generates a plurality of different FanTOM signals that are transmitted as N RF encoded transmit signals in an overlapping fashion such that the pulse repetition interval and frame length remain shorter, and a receiver that receives the FanTOM signals that are transmitted as N RF encoded transmit signals in an overlapping fashion such that the pulse repetition interval and frame length remain shorter.
