Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an in-vitro evaluation method for the moisturizing effect of a material, which comprises the following steps: constructing a cell model by using human immortal epidermal cells (HaCaT cells), acting a tested material on the cell model, and evaluating the moisturizing effect of the tested material by characterizing the content variation of moisturizing factors in the cell model caused by the action of the tested material on the cell model. Wherein the moisturizing factor comprises at least one of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (PCA) and urocanic acid (UCA).
