Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for testing the corrosion resistance of a coated metal material (1) which is formed by providing an electrophoretic coating film (4) on a steel plate (2). The corrosion resistance test method includes: an energization step (S2) in which a change over time in a current and/or a voltage that is obtained by applying a corrosion factor to the surface of the electrophoretic coating film (4) in a state in which the corrosion factor is brought into contact with the surface of the electrophoretic coating film (4) is measured, and an evaluation step (S3) in which the change over time in the current and/or voltage is measured.
