Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sample preparation method of an in-service SCR plate-type catalyst. The sample preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively sampling in a plurality of partitions of the whole in-service SCR plate-type catalyst along the flowing direction of flue gas; grinding a plurality of initial samples obtained by sampling; and mixing the ground initial samples to prepare the catalyst sample. By utilizing the sample preparation method of the in-service SCR plate type catalyst, the detection accuracy of the catalyst can be improved, the requirement of full-life management of the catalyst is met, and the operation reliability of a denitration device is improved. 本申请公开了一种在役SCR板式催化剂的制样方法,包括在整块在役SCR板式催化剂沿着烟气流向方向的多个分区中分别采样;将采样得到的多个初始样品进行研磨;将研磨后的初始样品混合,制得催化剂样品。利用上述在役SCR板式催化剂的制样方法,能够提高催化剂检测的准确性,满足催化剂全寿命管理的需要,提高脱硝装置的运行可靠性。
