The system comprises a first compressor, a second compressor, a third compressor, an air storage chamber, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, a first air heater, a second air heater, a low-temperature storage tank, a high-temperature storage tank, a high-temperature delivery pump, a variable frequency pump, a low-temperature delivery pump, a first turbine, a second turbine and a generator.
