Comprising the following steps that industrial pure zinc, industrial silicon and industrial pure copper are adopted as raw materials, a silicon brass alloy is prepared in a silicon carbide rod heating furnace, the heating furnace is heated to 1000-1100 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for 20-40 min after furnace charge is completely molten, and molten metal is subjected to slagging-off; and then, a graphite electrode is inserted, electric pulse treatment is conducted on the molten metal, the pulse voltage is 800-1200 V, the pulse frequency is 3-8 Hz, the pulse time is 30 s, the molten metal is poured into a metal mold, and a sample is obtained.
