Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a crude tin fire refining process which comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out liquation and condensation on crude tin A to remove iron so as to obtain crude tin B; the crude tin B is subjected to vacuum distillation treatment, arsenic, lead, bismuth, antimony, cadmium, zinc and silver elements are removed, crude tin C is obtained, sulfur is added to the crude tin C, copper is removed, and crude tin D is obtained; aluminum is added into the crude tin D to remove nickel, and refined tin is obtained; sulfur slag generated by adding sulfur to remove copper and aluminum-nickel slag generated by adding aluminum to remove nickel are vulcanized and then distilled to obtain a stannous sulfide product. According to the technology, efficient purification of tin in the crude tin material, comprehensive utilization of metals such as lead, antimony and bismuth and harmless separation of arsenic can be achieved, the tin refining cost per ton is reduced, solid waste discharge is reduced
