The primer combination comprises a targeting primer combination targeting at least one target gene, and the target gene comprises ALK, ROS1, RET, NTRK1, NTRK2 and NTRK3. By utilizing the primer combination provided by the invention, the problems of low precision and low analysis accuracy of a probe capture method can be solved.
