Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae for producing cannabinoid phenolic acid, the recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae is prepared from basic saccharomyces cerevisiae, and the following endogenous genes of the basic saccharomyces cerevisiae are over-expressed, down-regulated or knocked out: pep4, gal80, gal4 and fast 1; in some embodiments, exogenous genes encoding a tetraketone synthase (Cs.TKS) gene, an olive toluate cyclase (Cs.OAC) gene, a geranyl pyrophosphate: olivate geranyl transferase (Cs.PT4n) gene, and a variant acetyl coenzyme synthase (Se. ACS) gene are overexpressed.
