Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to steady-state suspension niobium-particle-containing bearing bush coating slurry and a preparation process for applying the slurry to bearing bush spraying. The coating slurry is prepared by uniformly mixing the following components in percentage by weight: 6.2%-10.4% of niobium powder, 2%-5% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 20%-25% of epoxy resin, 1.0%-2.9% of sodium hexametaphosphate and the balance of polyamide-imide, and the viscosity of the slurry is regulated and controlled to be 169.6-187.2 mPa.s, so that stable suspension slurry is formed. The coating preparation process comprises the steps of bearing bush substrate pretreatment, bearing bush working face spraying and coating curing. The metal particles and the polymer are doped to synthesize the multi-component mixed coating slurry, and the multi-component mixed coating slurry is combined with a spraying process, so that the bonding and self-lubricating effects of the bearing bush coating are effectively improved, and the service l
