TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) based on total hydrogenation degree SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene)/PP (polypropylene) and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) based on SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene)/PP (polypropylene) with a full hydrogenation degree. The TPV comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of SEBS, 40-120 parts of white oil, 20-50 parts of a filling agent, 5-30 parts of PP, 5-20 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.2-0.5 part of an antioxidant. Wherein the cross-linking agent is formed by compounding a cross-linking agent A, cross-linking accelerators A 'and A' ', a cross-linking agent B and a cross-linking accelerator B '. Wherein the cross-linking agent A is any one of unsaturated olefin cross-linking agents such as alkyl phenolic resin and dithiodimorpholine; and the cross-linking agent B is any one of peroxide cross-linking agents such as diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide, 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di-tert-butyl peroxide hexane and the like.
