Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a barrier film for food packaging and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a substrate film; evaporating an inorganic laminated film on the surface of the substrate film; wherein the inorganic laminated film comprises at least one first inorganic material evaporation layer and at least one second inorganic material evaporation layer which are stacked with each other, and the first inorganic material evaporation layer and the second inorganic material evaporation layer are formed in the same vacuum evaporation procedure under the condition that vacuum is not removed. The first inorganic material evaporation layer and the second inorganic material evaporation layer are respectively formed by different inorganic metal oxides through the same vacuum evaporation procedure; and coating a barrier coating liquid on the inorganic laminated film, and curing the barrier coating liquid to form a barrier coating layer.
