Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a modified centromere protein as well as a preparation method, a biological material and application of the modified centromere protein, and relates to the technical field of protein engineering. The modified protein of the centromere protein sequentially comprises a fragment B5, a fragment B6, a fragment B2 and a fragment A1 from a nitrogen terminal to a carbon terminal, wherein the amino acid sequences of the fragment B5, the fragment B6, the fragment B2 and the fragment A1 are respectively shown as Seq 1-4. The modified protein of the centromere protein contains a CENP-A antigen and a CENP-B antigen at the same time, and the problem that in the prior art, the sensitivity and specificity are poor when one antigen is independently used for detecting a centromere antibody is solved.
