Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a glycyrrhetinic acid-dodecane-cholesterol compound as well as a synthesis method and application thereof, and the synthesis method of the glycyrrhetinic acid-dodecane-cholesterol compound comprises the following steps: S1, mixing glycyrrhetinic acid, 1, 12-diaminododecane, an acid amine condensation reagent, an acid-binding agent 1 and a solvent 1 for reaction to obtain a compound (II); s2, enabling the compound (II) to react with cholesterol succinic acid monoester acyl chloride to obtain a glycyrrhetinic acid-dodecane-cholesterol compound; the glycyrrhetinic acid-dodecane-cholesterol compound disclosed by the invention is simple in synthesis method and mild in reaction condition and has anti-hepatoma activity.
