Twisting the cellosilk, weaving the twisted cellosilk into fiber-reinforced cloth according to a warp-weft staggered weaving mode, dipping the fiber-reinforced cloth in resin, and curing to obtain the fiber-reinforced cloth. According to the method, a twisting and weaving process is adopted, so that on one hand, the molding integration of the composite board is ensured, and the thickness and compactness of fiber reinforced cloth are greatly improved; on the other hand, the expansibility of the composite board is improved, the thickness of the single-layer fabric can be quantitatively controlled by controlling the twisting fiber yarn amount and the winding diameter, and further, the mechanical property of the composite board in different stress directions can be enhanced through the weaving angle.
