Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-frequency pulse argon arc welding method for 15-5PH stainless steel. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: machining a part appearance and a welding groove by adopting turning, milling or/and grinding processes; the method comprises the following steps: demagnetizing a part, and then cleaning impurities such as oil stains and dust on a welding groove and areas not less than 20mm on two sides of the welding groove by adopting acetone or alcohol; high-frequency pulse argon arc welding is carried out in a solid solution state, layered welding is adopted, a first layer of backing welding is not added with wires, a second layer of wire filling welding is adopted for covering, welding wires with chemical components similar to those of base metal are adopted as welding materials, and argon with the purity not lower than 99.99% is adopted as protective gas; carrying out aging treatment after welding; and welding quality inspection.
