Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a low-grade associated lead-copper-zinc multi-metal ore dressing process suitable for iron dressing tailings, which comprises the following steps of: (1) pre-screening ore pulp of the iron dressing tailings, and conveying the undersize ore pulp to a dressing plant; (2) undersize ore pulp is fed into a grading system of a separation plant, underflow enters a first-section ball mill for ore grinding operation, and an ore grinding product and grading overflow are obtained; ore grinding products are returned to the grading system; a pH regulator, a collecting agent and a foaming agent are added into graded overflow and fully stirred, and then copper-lead-zinc bulk concentrate and final tailings are produced through a flotation method; (3) supplementing water to dilute the copper-lead-zinc bulk concentrate, and then feeding the copper-lead-zinc bulk concentrate into gravity concentration equipment to produce lead concentrate; regrinding the reselected tailings to obtain reground ore pulp; |
