Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a respective ore grinding-magnetic flotation process for maghemite, which is characterized in that raw ores are divided into normal ores with the grade of 25-30% and extremely lean ores with the grade of 20-25%, and then the two ores are fed into the process for treatment; comprising the following steps: 1) separate grinding: normal ore is fed into a main process for primary ore grinding and grading, weak magnetic and strong magnetic tailings discarding and secondary ore grinding and grading treatment; extremely lean ore is subjected to closed-loop semi-autogenous grinding, coarse grain weak magnetic and strong magnetic tailing discarding and two-section continuous ore grinding classification; and (2) combined separation is conducted, specifically, separated and ground products are combined and fed into a second-section weak-magnetic strong-magnetic tailing discarding process, a continuous weak-magnetic process and a reverse flotation process, and the final concentrate grade of 67.5% |
