Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of catalyst preparation, and particularly relates to a Co-coated Silicalite-1 low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: by taking a Silicalite-1 molecular sieve as a carrier, carrying out dipping treatment by using a cobalt-source-containing dipping solution, mixing with a template agent, drying until the required water content is reached, carrying out dry glue crystallization reaction, and carrying out oxidizing roasting in an air atmosphere, so as to obtain the Co-coated Silicalite-1 catalyst. The preparation method of the catalyst is simple, the steps of washing, filtering and the like are omitted in the process, discharge of a large amount of wastewater containing metal and a template agent is reduced, and industrial large-scale production of the catalyst is facilitated; the catalyst is applied to a low-carbon alkane dehydrogenation reaction, high propane conversion rate and propylene
