CD38 antibodies for treatment of human disease

The present invention relates to antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof capable of binding to a CD38 antigen. More specifically, the present invention relates to antibodies and antigen-binding fragments wherein the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments comprise a human sequence and wherein the human sequence reduces immunogenicity as compared to murine antibodies. The invention further relates to bispecific antibodies that bind to CD38 and CD3. In addition, the present invention relates to bispecific antibodies that bind to CD38 and chelating agents.
