The invention relates to a heterodimer relaxin fusion polypeptide, in particular to a heterodimer relaxin 2 fusion polypeptide and application thereof. Thus, the present invention provides relaxin fusion polypeptides, nucleic acid molecules, vectors, host cells, pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising the same and uses thereof, including methods of treatment.
