The present invention describes interleukin-2 (IL-2) conjugates comprising at least one or more amino acid substitutions biased to bind IL-2 receptor beta gamma c dimer relative to bind IL-2 receptor alpha beta gamma c trimer and an unnatural amino acid conjugated to a water soluble polymer at or near the N-terminus.
