The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for determining an uplink receiving beam, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of communication. The method comprises: periodically determining an uplink receiving beam for a first user equipment (UE) to be scheduled, the uplink receiving beam determined in a period comprising: determining a first uplink receiving beam coverage level of the first UE to be scheduled based on signal quality and a plurality of preset thresholds of the first UE to be scheduled and a preset first corresponding relationship; and determining an uplink receiving beam of the first to-be-scheduled UE from all beams corresponding to the first uplink receiving beam coverage level based on the belonging beam of the first to-be-scheduled UE. According to the embodiment of the invention, the adaptive selection of the uplink receiving beam in the millimeter wave communication system is realized, the scheduling user limitati
