Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a TIADC sampling time error digital estimation method, and belongs to the field of electronic circuits. For the M-channel TIADC, enabling M output signals of the M-channel TIADC to pass through a Hilbert filter to obtain complex signals subjected to 90-degree phase shift after conversion; the output signals of the adjacent channels of the M-channel TIADC are multiplied, and the signals of the adjacent channels converted by the Hilbert filter are multiplied; adding the sums, obtaining the sums through a triangle sum-difference formula, and performing moving average on the sums through a moving average device to obtain the sums; obtaining a difference value of sampling time errors of adjacent channels through an anti-cosine function; and assuming that the sum of the sampling time errors is 0, solving the numerical value of the sampling time errors in parallel.
