Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a converter and photovoltaic equipment. The converter comprises a cabinet body, and the cabinet body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The partition plate is arranged in the cabinet body, the interior of the cabinet body is divided into an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel by the partition plate, and the air inlet, the air inlet channel, the air outlet channel and the air outlet are sequentially communicated; a heating component; and a condensation structure. According to the converter and the photovoltaic equipment provided by the invention, the condensation structure is used for condensing the gas which enters the cabinet body and is used for cooling the heating component and the air which absorbs heat at the heating component, so that moisture is effectively prevented from being condensed at the heating component; therefore, damage to the heating component caused by condensation of the gas at the heating component is avoided, a scheme of condensation preventi
