Three-phase symmetrical winding arrangement method, stator assembly and motor

The invention relates to an arrangement method of three-phase symmetrical windings, a stator assembly and a motor, the three-phase symmetrical windings are installed in circumferentially arranged stator slots, each stator slot is divided into a plurality of slot layers, and each branch of the three-phase symmetrical windings adopts a cross wiring mode. In other words, every three adjacent stator slots of the same-phase winding serve as a stator slot group; every two adjacent slot layers in the stator slot are used as a slot layer group; the stator slot groups are connected in sequence; in the connection process, two adjacent stator slot groups are respectively connected with the stator slots of different slot layers, the stator slots at the same position are connected twice and then are connected with the stator slots at the next position, and the transformation sequence of the positions of the stator slots is preset. Compared with the prior art, the three-phase symmetrical winding arrangement can be realized
