The method comprises the following steps: generating and displaying a verification text for living body detection; collecting a to-be-detected video of the verification text read by the user; performing face detection on the to-be-detected video to obtain a face image sequence; performing mouth feature extraction on the face image sequence to obtain a mouth opening feature sequence; inputting the mouth opening feature sequence into a trained mouth shape motion classification model for motion classification, and generating a to-be-detected mouth shape sequence; and matching the mouth shape sequence to be detected with the standard mouth shape sequence, and displaying a corresponding living body detection result. The mouth shape recognition is performed by collecting the face image sequence corresponding to the verification text, the living body detection is performed by analyzing whe
