Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an implementation method and system of a dynamic carbon emission factor power demand response excitation mechanism. The implementation method comprises the following steps: predicting a dynamic carbon emission factor of a node in a demand response day in a region; baseline load calculation is carried out for users under different nodes in the region, and a load response rate coefficient is calculated according to a baseline load and an actual response load; and based on the load response rate coefficient and the dynamic carbon emission factor of the node, giving a calculation principle of a power demand response compensation electricity price coefficient considering the dynamic carbon emission factor and related parameters.
