Comprising the steps of completing small layer division and comparison based on well drilling, well logging, geology and seismic data, establishing a three-dimensional horizon model, identifying natural fractures and faults developed by a tight reservoir by adopting an ant body tracking method, and establishing a reservoir three-dimensional structure model; based on triaxial stress experimental data and in combination with logging information, a reservoir rock mechanical model is established, a reservoir stress field is inverted, and a reservoir three-dimensional ground stress model is established; based on fracturing construction data, according to the three-dimensional structure model and the three-dimensional ground stress model, establishing a porous medium solid skeleton balance equation and a pore fluid continuity equation, and obtaining a displacement primary function and a pressure primary function;
