Comprising the following steps: acquiring a helicopter mass list, and equivalently distributing the mass of each element to two frame occupancy adjacent to the mass point according to a lever principle; for each frame occupation, creating a quality card of the finite element quality model; reading the quality card, and comparing each quality point with the position of a finite element node; according to the positions of the mass points and the finite element nodes, combining and adjusting each mass point in the frame occupation according to a preset rule, and performing equivalent conversion of the mass and the gravity center of the frame occupation; the above steps are carried out until equivalent conversion of the mass of each frame occupation and the center is completed, so that the helicopter body mass distribution calcul
