Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a safety monitoring method and system for a metal component, and the method comprises the steps: building a mathematical correlation model among the Brinell hardness, the yield strength and the work hardening index of a metal material; detecting the Brinell hardness and work hardening index of a metal component manufactured based on the metal material, and calculating the yield strength of the metal component through the mathematical correlation model; and according to the yield strength of the metal component, whether the metal component meets the unit component safety service requirement or not is determined. By means of the method, the problem of how to accurately monitor the service safety of the metal component in the actual production practice process is solved, the influence of the Brinell hardness and the work hardening index of the metal material on the yield strength is comprehensively considered, construction of the mathematical correlation model is achieved, and the yield
