The orthokeratology lens comprises an inner surface facing the cornea of a human body during wearing and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, and the inner surface comprises a base arc area, a reversal area, a positioning area and a peripheral area which are sequentially arranged from the center to the periphery and connected with one another; the first inversion area is connected with the base arc area, and the second inversion area is connected with the positioning area; the tangent angle of the first reversal region is greater than that of the second reversal region; the reversal areas are designed in a multi-section mode, the tangent angle of the first reversal area is larger than that of the second reversal area, so that the connecting portion of the first reversal area and the base arc area and the connecting portion of the second reversal area and the matching area are passivated, the oppression sense of the portions on the cornea surface during lens wearing is reduced, the foreign body sens
