Detection method and kit for exosome-form galectin 9

The invention provides a method and a kit for detecting exosome-form galectin 9. The method comprises the following steps: incubating a sample and an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) plate which is coated and closed by using a mouse anti-human CD63 antibody; carrying out enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay by using the incubated ELISA plate, an antibody of galectin 9, a biotin-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody and streptavidin-coupled horse radish peroxidase; and detecting by using a developing solution and a microplate reader, and calculating the content of the exosome-form galectin 9 in the sample. 本发明提供了一种外泌体形式半乳糖凝集素9的检测方法以及试剂盒，所述方法包括：将样本与使用鼠抗人CD63抗体包被并封闭的ELISA板进行孵育；使用所述经孵育的ELISA板和半乳糖凝集素9的抗体、生物素标记的羊抗兔IgG抗体、链霉亲和素耦联的辣根过氧化物酶进行酶联免疫；使用显色液和酶标仪进行检测，计算所述样本中外泌体形式半乳糖凝集素9的含量。
