Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of 2-methoxyethoxy methyl chloride in roxithromycin by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, which adopts isopropanol as a solvent and a derivatization reagent at the same time during gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determination. Test results of the applicant show that the method has good linearity in a concentration range of 2.4-19.3 ng/mL, and the average relative standard deviation is relatively low. Therefore, the method provided by the invention is accurate in qualitative and quantitative detection, and can meet the detection requirements of MEM in roxithromycin.
本发明公开了一种气质联用测定罗红霉素中2-甲氧基乙氧基甲基氯含量的方法,该方法在气质联用测定时,采用异丙醇同时作为溶剂和衍生化试剂。申请人的试验结果表明,本发明所述方法在2.4~19.3ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,平均相对标准偏差较低。可见,本发明所述方法定性定量准确,能够满足罗红霉素中MEM的检测要求。 |
