The device comprises a cement soil curing and permeability coefficient testing mechanism. According to the cement soil indoor maintenance and permeability coefficient testing device, a pressure source is provided for the pressure chamber through the air compressor, and the seepage pressure is adjusted through the data control acquisition system in combination with the underground water condition of a construction site, so that a proper hydraulic gradient is provided for the flowing of water in a cement soil sample; and the percolate is collected by the percolate metering tube and recorded by the data control acquisition system.
