Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a clutch device (10) for torque-transmitting coupling of two components. The clutch device comprises a first clutch member (12) with a first external toothing (16) and a second clutch member (20) with a second external toothing (22). The clutch device (10) also has a sliding sleeve (24) which has an inner toothing (26) which permanently engages with the first outer toothing (16) and which can optionally engage with the second outer toothing (22). Furthermore, a locking unit (36) is provided which can optionally assume a locked state in which the sliding sleeve (24) is held in a rotationally coupled state in a form-fitting manner.
