Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for constructing a renal fibrosis model by a Gas5 gene knockout mouse. The invention provides a Cas9/sgRNA target spot for constructing renal fibrosis by using a Gas5 gene knockout mouse, and further provides a method for constructing renal fibrosis by using the Gas5 gene knockout mouse. According to the invention, the CRISPR-Cas9 technology is used for constructing lncRNA Gas5 knockout homozygote (Gas5-/-) and heterozygote (Gas5 +/-) mice, so that an ideal animal model basis is provided for researching the effect of lncRNA Gas5 in renal fibrosis and researching the mechanism of lncRNA Gas5.
