Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an extraction method of cereal heat-resistant lipase, and relates to the technical field of biological extraction. The extraction method comprises the following steps: (1) performing high-temperature stabilization treatment on cereal bran to obtain stabilized bran; and (2) extracting the stabilized bran by using a solution containing a surfactant to obtain the grain heat-resistant lipase. The extraction method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) the heat-resistant lipase can be extracted from the stabilized bran by adding the surfactant into the buffer solution; and (2) the extracted lipase has good heat resistance, and the extraction method is simple.
