The emulsion comprises the following components: 35 parts of hydrogenated bisphenol A; 80 parts of epoxy 128 resin and 0.05 part of organic phosphorus compound; 13 parts of monobasic acid containing double bonds and 31.6 parts of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether; the invention relates to an acrylic acid emulsion which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of methacrylic acid, 10 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 5 parts of styrene, 2 parts of isobornyl methacrylate, 10 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2.08 parts of 1, 1-bis (tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane and 1.04 parts of methyl styrene dimer. 14.5 parts of a pH regulator, and 156.3 to 157.8 parts of deionized water; 0.1 part of bismuth caprylate-caprate with the bismuth content of 20%, and 9.5-11.29 parts of isocyanate; and 0.2 part of a defoaming agent.
