Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation process of a hydrogenated butyronitrile coating. The rubber material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 20-30 parts of a mixed solvent, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 7-15 parts of superfine mica powder, 5-15 parts of barium sulfate, 4-8 parts of graphite, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-5 parts of an accelerant, 3-7 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 1-3 parts of a heat-resistant agent, 5-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 1-3 parts of a coloring agent, wherein the mixed solvent is butyl acetate. Pyrrolidone and methylacetamide are mixed according to a ratio of 2: 5: 0-4: 0: 3, and the anti-aging agent is one of an anti-aging agent 445 and an anti-aging agent 4010NA.
