Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PPO/PPA alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PPO/PPA alloy material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10%-25% of PPO, 20%-30% of PPA, 13%-16% of a halogen-free flame retardant, 1%-4% of a compatilizer, 25%-40% of glass fibers, 0.2%-0.5% of a coupling agent, 0.1%-0.4% of an antioxidant and 0.3%-1% of a lubricant. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PPO/PPA alloy material provided by the invention has relatively high CTI (600V), relatively high GWIT (850 DEG C/2.0 mm) and excellent flame retardant property, the flame retardant grade can reach 0.8 mmV0, and compared with a traditional PPO alloy, the halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PPO/PPA alloy material has relatively high mechanical property and heat resistance.
