The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking melamine sponge as a substrate, carrying out oxidative polymerization on dopamine and the substrate to obtain polydopamine modified melamine sponge, and then carrying out electroless deposition on the sponge through metal nickel to obtain the polydopamine melamine sponge with complexed heavy metal ions. And constructing an organic siloxane coating on the skeleton of the sponge by utilizing polydimethylsiloxane and a curing agent, and drying to obtain the magnetic super-hydrophobic oleophylic sponge with the photothermal effect.
