The recombinant V-type mussel mucoprotein is formed by fusing Mfp-5 of natural mussels and protein forming a mussel byssus fiber skeleton. In the preparation process, a fusion gene and a tyrosinase gene are co-expressed, and the expressed tyrosinase is used for performing dopa modification on tyrosine residues in the recombinant mussel mucin, so that the recombinant V-type mussel mucin with biological activity is obtained, and the recombinant V-type mussel mucin is high in yield, high in purity and low in endotoxin content.
