Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nitrogen mustard-containing 1-furan, thienyl-2-alkenyl-1-ketone CIT fluorophore and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of medical intermediates, the nitrogen mustard-containing 1-furan, thienyl-2-alkenyl-1-ketone CIT fluorophore has a molecular structure as shown in formula (I), in the formula (I), X is O or S; r is one or more of H, CH3 and Cl. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 4-[bis (beta-chloroethyl) amino] benzaldehyde and an acetyl-containing furan derivative or an acetyl-containing thiophene derivative in a solvent, and then carrying out condensation reaction under an alkali catalysis condition to prepare the compound shown in the formula (I).
