Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a 2-phenylindole compound by using alkyne halide and an aniline compound. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: adding an aniline compound, alkyne halide, a palladium salt catalyst, alkali, a ligand and a solvent into a reactor, stirring and reacting at 80-110 DEG C, and separating and purifying reaction liquid to obtain the 2-phenylindole compound. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a series of highly-functionalized 2-phenylindole compounds are constructed by developing cascade reaction of aniline compounds and alkyne halide, and a plurality of chemical bonds are constructed in one step in the reaction, so that the atom economy and the step economy of the reaction are improved, and the development requirements of green organic chemistry are met. In addition, the reaction has the main characteristics of simple and easily available raw materials, safe operation, good regioselectivity and wide substrate universality.
