Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cable transmission device and method, and the device comprises a cable clamping assembly which comprises a clamping part, a transmission part, a transmission air cylinder and a mounting arm, the clamping part is rotatably installed at one end of the mounting arm, the transmission air cylinder is fixedly installed at the other end of the mounting arm, and the transmission part is movably installed at one side of the mounting arm. And the control assembly comprises a connecting piece and a control piece, the control piece is located on one side of the connecting piece and electrically connected with the robot, and the end of the connecting piece is connected with the robot flange. The cable conveying mechanism comprises a stepping motor, a buffer tube, a mounting plate, a rotating roller, a conveying belt and a synchronous pulley, the two ends of the conveying belt are connected with the stepping motor and the synchronous pulley respectively, the rotating roller is rotationally mounte
