Novel water pressure driving single-side lifting type releasing device and using method thereof

The invention relates to a novel water-pressure-driven single-side lifting type release device and a use method thereof. The novel water-pressure-driven single-side lifting type release device comprises a piston cylinder and a grid-shaped pipe which are connected with each other, and a load model arranged in the grid-shaped pipe; one end of the piston cylinder is open, the other end of the piston cylinder is sealed, the upper end of the side, close to the sealed opening, of the piston cylinder is connected with two connecting pipelines in a penetrating mode, the upper ends of the two connecting pipelines are connected with the same pressure relief tank, and flow adjusting valves are arranged at the joints of the connecting pipelines and the pressure relief tank. One connecting pipeline is further connected with a sea communicating pipeline communicated with the outside, and a sea communicating balance valve is arranged on the sea communicating pipeline. According to the method, the whole release process of th
