Zusammenfassung:Provided are a brake control device for a vehicle and a brake-controllable vehicle with which it is possible for a driver to recognize the current operating state of a brake. A vehicle (1) is provided with, as a brake mechanism for braking the rotation of left and right front wheels (7) and rear wheels (3), a regenerative brake based on a rotary electric machine (2), a mechanical friction brake (8), an SOC information acquisition unit (50) for acquiring the amount of charge (SOC) of a battery (4) of the vehicle (1), and an ECU (13). An ECU (13) is provided with a VSA modulator (100) and an ACC-ECU (200) that operate a regenerative brake and a friction brake (8) without depending on a brake operation by a driver.
