Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a sand core mold surface putty forming device and a using method thereof. The sand core mold surface putty forming device comprises a support, a scraper arranged on the support, a coarse adjustment mechanism and a fine adjustment mechanism, wherein the coarse adjustment mechanism and the fine adjustment mechanism are used for adjusting the height of the scraper. The fine adjustment mechanism comprises a plurality of positioning pieces and a plurality of positioning screws which are sequentially arranged at intervals in the moving direction of the scraper, and threaded through holes matched with external threads of the positioning screws are formed in the positioning pieces.
